About Weirdsister College
Starring Georgina Sherington, Felicity Jones, Bobby Barry, Abeile Gelinas, Sacha Dhawan and Kent Riley.Weirdsister College followed a group of students attending a magical college hidden in the heart of the city of Cambridge.

The show acted as a natural follow on from The Worst Witch series, with two members from the show (Georgina Sherington as Mildred Hubble, Felicity Jones as Ethel Hallow) continuing from the Cackles Academy to Weirdsister College. Other members of the Worst Witch made appearances. Weirdsister College also saw the addition of new characters including male witches which had not really appeared in the worst witch.

Both Mildred and Ethel retained their rivavly and personalities, with Milly being clumsy and mistake prone, and Ethel holding herself high but often losing out to Mildred despite her greater talent for magic.

Weirdsister College ran for one season only, which comprised of 13 episodes. The series was aired in 2001. Plans to continue the Worst Witch and Weirdsister College franchise do seem underway, with a new series of the Worst Witch to be aired in the UK in 2005. However is does not seem like cast members from the original series will feature in any major way, with new younger cast members taking their roles.
